3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for tax preparation
- Maintain copies of all tax documents and records
- Review all tax returns before signing and submission
- Pay all fees in accordance with our fee agreement
- Notify us immediately of any errors or changes in information
- Comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations
4. Professional Standards
Adrem Tax agrees to:
- Provide professional services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Exercise due professional care in the preparation of tax returns
- Use information provided by clients solely for tax preparation purposes
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be determined based on the complexity of the tax return and services required. Payment terms will be communicated prior to engagement. Services may be withheld if payment is not received as agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adrem Tax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
